He answered: "To the student who wants to become a chef. First of all, think if it's really what you want, research what is the life of being a professional chef, it's not easy, you have to sacrifice a lot of things in your life, happiness, your family, love of your life, friends, birthday, party and etc. You will be missed and you will lose a lot of things in your life because once you fail you can't turn back time because wasted time is more worst than wasted money. So, you must be passionate, dedicate, focus, serious and love about what you are taking and choosing. There is no best school in this world, if there is no best student, it's up to you if you want to be the best for yourself. Like my mentors, they always say to me "If it's to be, it's up to me". For me, this is the best decision that I made in my life, to be a chef.  I wasted 12 years of my life doing the things that I don't want to do. Now, I became a chef I feel like this is the thing that I want to do for the rest of my life. “You are creating through your choices, even now. Choose wisely because when you make choice you change future.
